Ordinary is not good enough. Normal will not change the world. We are No Ordinary People, created by No Ordinary God, for No Ordinary Purpose. I refuse to live a Beige life, carrying out Business As Usual. Boring. I choose to live an adventure as a daughter of the King of Kings. I invite you to join me! It won't always be pretty, but it will be genuine, and we will have an impact where we live.

Oh man, that is so true, when I was on the road over 100k miles a year, I did enjoy every bit of it, but coming home was still the best part of traveling. However just quick thought, home is not just place with a roof, but a place of peace and comfort, so if you don't have that...than...well, it's like in one joke about employment ad: "Looking for work, preferably with travel, far and for a long time is best" : )

Let's make sure that our house is a home!

I agree, there is no place like home! To be with my amazing and selfless wife and three incredible children who I fall in love with again and again....then there is our new puppy Dixie, an Australian shepherd, who is curious, cute, and likes to chew everything up! reminds me of my children at about 10-12 months! :)
I remember driving a truck over the road for awhile, and the terrible longing I had for my wife and children. I still have the voice mails from them saved in my phone, and am getting ready to record them permanently on tape and then CD. I guess there is something good about technology after all!
We too are homeschooling our children and it makes me breath a sigh of reliiiiieeeeeeffffff when thinking about countries like Germany who have outlawed it. I pray that the Lord will enable us to make it all the way through before something like this occurs here.
There is really no place like home. My 6yr old girl rebecca has just asked me to come and put her into bed and pray and read with her. :) g'night
