Can you believe it?! If you spend as much on postage a year as I do – WHEW! – you’re feeling it, too! I love my country and I’m so glad I’m an American but it seems to me that most anything the United States Government manages is rarely cost effective or administratively sound. Think ‘education’…:)

How i save $…
Do bill payer through your personal banking institution (they pay for the postage:)) so you control when and how much you pay -OR- you can call your biller and have them set up automatic EPTS (they draw the funds when due) you can do this on a credit card too and earn points/miles/& or CASH back.
Just think on how to make their services work best for YOU!
