Don’t forget to try my Perfect Pasta (May 28th Blog Post) recipe. Seriously…we make it every week now with variations on veggies – we even switched the shrimp and used langostinos (sort of like itty-bitty baby lobster tails) and it was delicious. Daddy and the boys join me in the kitchen to chop everything (boys like hacking stuff with knives, let’s face it!) Once you’ve got it down, you can have it ready from start to finish in a mere 30 minutes for real. This note just came in from a gal who tried it last week:
